Store Policies

We have a 1-3 week processing time since our products are made to order. Domestic shipping to Canada usually take 1-5 work days and shipping to the US usually take 3-7 days, shipping outside of the US and Canada is currently not available.

Our product is custom and made to order therefore  no return or  exchangers are possible. If an error is made in our side a refund in form of store credits is available.

For any questions or problems with an order such as incorrect nail sizing or shipping address you can DM me at azirisnails@gmail.com or DM me through Instagram. Once the order is shown as being  in progress no changes can be made to the design and sizes. When the order has been fulfilled or  shipped  no  addresses can be changed.
