Store Policies

We have a processing time of 3-14 work days since our products are made to order. Domestic shipping to Canada usually takes 1-5 work days, and shipping to the US usually takes 3-7 work days. Shipping outside of the US and Canada is currently unavailable.

Our products are custom and made to order; therefore, no returns or exchanges are possible. If an error is made on our side, a refund in the form of store credit is available.

For any questions or issues with an order, like incorrect nail sizing or shipping address, you can email me at azirisnails@gmail.com or DM me on Instagram @aziris.nails. Once the order is marked as 'in progress,' no changes can be made to the design, shape or length. After the order has been fulfilled or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
